Driver side submerged in the water

Emergency personnel were called to I80/94 east bound & Kennedy exit after a pickup truck was found partially submerged around 12:41am.
Remarkably the emergency personnel manage to pull the elderly man out, who ended up with no severe injuries and will be ok.
Caruthers Towing assisted Indiana State police and first responders with clean up.
